Payment method and timing

Bank transfer against invoices issued by the operator (monthly, in advance). The due date is stated on the invoice

Timing of service provision

Available immediately after the service contract is formed

Cancellation and refunds

By requesting cancellation through our prescribed procedure by the last day of the current month, the contract ends at the end of that month. No prorated settlement or refund is made for mid-month cancellation (see the Terms of Service for details)
