* All prices exclude Japanese consumption tax. Standard is ¥39,800 as a limited launch price for the first 100 companies (regular ¥49,800; early sign-ups keep this price permanently). An Enterprise plan (contact us) is also available for large-scale use. * Talent slots are how many of your bench engineers you can list.
* Fees are charged monthly in advance and are payable monthly against invoices we issue. The contract continues on a monthly basis and can be cancelled through our prescribed procedure (ending at the close of the current month; no prorated or mid-term refunds). Is there really no placement fee?
Really. No matter how many engineers you engage, you only pay your monthly plan. No success fees, no referral fees, no setup cost.
What can we do on the Free plan?
One active job post, candidate search and browsing, three scout messages per month, chat and engagement — the entire flow, free. No credit card required.
How does AI matching choose candidates?
It parses your job post — skill requirements, rate, conditions, language and visa policy — and matches it against registered engineers. Each proposal shows which conditions matched, so you can verify the reasoning.
Does TAKUMIA intermediate the contract?
No. Contracts are signed directly between your company and the engineer (or their employer). TAKUMIA provides the venue from discovery to negotiation and stays out of contract terms.
How is this different from using an SES agency?
Agencies charge a success fee on engagement (commonly a few dozen percent of the contract value). TAKUMIA is flat-rate, so your cost per engagement goes down as you close more. And with AI proposals and scouting, you move at your own speed — no rep in between.
