1.Ksync Inc. uses the personal information collected through the Service (name, email address, skills, preferences, work history, etc.) for project matching and proposals, career interviews, identity verification and communication.

2.When proposing you for a project, we may provide client companies with a skill sheet from which personally identifying information (name, contact details, address, date of birth) has been removed. As this constitutes third-party provision under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, it is covered by your consent to this policy at registration, and proposal status is visible on your My Page.

3.Personal information is stored in an access-controlled database and viewed only by staff who need it for their work. View and change operations are recorded in an audit log.

4.You can view and correct your registered information at any time from My Page. To request deletion (withdrawal), please contact the operator.
